Supporting our local communities means more than just financial support. Volunteering time and expertise is critical to the success of many nonprofit organizations. In recognition of the tremendous difference Moody’s employees can make in their local communities, Moody’s Corporation is pleased to sponsor the Global Volunteer Award.

Moody's Corporation Global Volunteer Award honors employees annually who have demonstrated outstanding involvement and commitment to their communities. Awards of US $2,500 are made to qualified nonprofit organization where the selected employee volunteers.

Moody's Corporate Giving Committee makes the final decision based on the volunteer's application and the supporting testimony offered by the organization where the employee has volunteered.

Since its inception in 2004, the program has given over US $45,000 to nonprofit in the United States and London.
