The Moody's Foundation recognizes that it is important to give back to the communities in which Moody's employees work and live. One of the best ways of doing this is to support those organizations and causes that are important to our employees and where they volunteer their time. To recognize, encourage and support the activities of employees, The Moody's Foundation supports a Dollars for Doers program which awards US $500 cash contributions to tax-exempt nonprofit, or government organizations and programs on behalf of their employee volunteers.

Through this program, community nonprofit organizations can benefit twice--from the employees' donation of a minimum of 40 hours of volunteering time and from a charitable donation from The Moody's Foundation. It is our way of supporting essential services in the communities in which our employees live and work and of thanking our employees for helping make their communities even better places to live.

Dollars for Doers is currently available to eligible US, UK, Buenos Aires, Hong Kong, Mexico City, São Paulo, Singapore, Sydney and Toronto employees.
