Moody's Investors Service will hold a US Corporate Finance Conference on Monday, May 13, 2013 in New York. The event will open with a general session providing a macroeconomic overview presented by John Lonski, Chief Economist of Moody's Analytics Capital Markets and a brief overview of Moody’s NEW High Yield Covenant Database presented by Lenny Ajzenman of Corporate Finance.
In the latter part of the program, participants will have the opportunity to engage Moody's analysts in breakout session discussions on specific sectors and their associated industries and specialties:
- Oil and Gas: North American growth presents opportunities and challenges
- Healthcare: Industry prepares for reform and beyond
- Homebuilding, Building Products and Construction Materials: The strength of the housing recovery and its credit implications for related industries
- Retail: Pace of earnings growth will strengthen over prior years and Consumer Products: Growing global demand, rebounding housing sector, rising private label acceptance and higher event risk creates cross currents for food and consumer products sectors

- Bond and Loan Covenants: New High Yield Covenant Database, recent covenant research, loan covenant snapshots.
The event will close with an optional workshop session on the Covenant Database.
