    • Covenant review highlights companies’ 2011 return to conventional structures, but some loosening still occurs
      Companies raising capital amidst market turmoil sought to appease investors’ risk aversion through conventional packages but still demanded greater flexibility in 2011, says our review. However that loosening was fairly minor, and we expect companies to continue to provide full covenant packages to investors in 2012.
