What’s changing in ESGView?
From January 2025, in addition to the existing Moody’s ESG in Credit and Climate transition data, ESGView will include:
- MSCI ESG Ratings measure a company’s management of financially relevant ESG risks and opportunities. Users can dive into the key themes driving the MSCI ESG Rating, including the underlying exposure and management scores. MSCI ESG analysts also provide commentaries that give users full transparency behind the scoring rationale.
- MSCI ESG Controversies highlight cases that may raise reputational risks for a company. Users will be able to view details behind each case including the severity and the company’s response.
